Riđica

Riđica anchors two separate narratives in this research: The Four Witches of Leđena; Three Severed Heads in the Kovač Coat of Arms. The point marks the settlement, not an invented exact scene.

Historical and alternative names used in searches: Regőce; Riedau; Rigitza; Leđena. Serbian, Hungarian, German, Croatian and Russian queries were compared, keeping documents, oral traditions and modern retellings separate.

Today Riđica serves as an honest geographic anchor when a source gives no street, house or microtoponym.

Use public roads and spaces. A settlement-centre marker is not permission to enter private property, unsafe ruins or closed religious buildings.
