Miklenda of Kolut Testifies about Bodrog

The witness’s origin matters in the Bodrog story. Miklenda, about ninety years old and born in Kolut, described the Danube remnants of the old town to a commission. Kolut is therefore not merely the nearest map anchor but the home of the man whose memory joined an official document to a later legend.
