The Manor that Absorbed an Older Church

At the start of the twentieth century the Redl family built an estate complex in Rastina. A local architectural account states that the construction incorporated part of an older Catholic church, ending its existence as a separate building. The site therefore preserves an unusual layer: a private residence literally took over the walls of an earlier sanctuary.
